জনইতিহাসের একনিষ্ঠ গবেষক অরুণ চৌধুরীর ছাত্রজীবন থেকেই ছিল সাহিত্য চর্চা, নিজের লেখালেখি ও প্রকাশের প্রতি মনোযোগ- বিভিন্ন ধারার বইপত্র সংগ্রহের ঐকান্তিক আগ্রহ।নিজের সংগৃহীত বইপত্র ও অন্যান্য গবেষনালব্ধ উপাদান সযত্ন নিষ্ঠায় সংরক্ষণ করেছেন আজীবন। এই সযত্ন লালিত সম্পদ অনুসন্ধিৎসু পাঠকের হাতে পৌঁছনোর মাধ্যমেই তাঁর ঐকান্তিকতা প্রাণ পেতে পারে,বহমান হতে পারে বিদ্যাচর্চা প্রাঙ্গনে নবরূপে।

এই ভাবনা থেকেই অরুণ চৌধুরী মেমোরিয়াল ট্রাস্ট 

'অরুণ জ্যোতি' পাঠাগারের দ্বার সবার জন্য উন্মুক্ত করার সচেতন প্রয়াস নিয়েছে।আগামী ২ ফেব্রুয়ারি ʼ২৫ বীরভূমের সিউড়িতে এই পথ চলা শুরু হবে।সমস্ত সাথী,বন্ধুদের এই পাঠাগার সূচনা লগ্নে আমন্ত্রণ রইল। সবাই আসুন, ছোটদের সঙ্গে আনার বিশেষ অনুরোধ রইল।

Since his student days, Arun Choudhury, a devoted researcher in people's history, had a passion for literature, writing, and publishing. He had a keen interest in collecting books and periodicals from various genres. Throughout his life, he carefully preserved his collection of books, periodicals, and other research materials. These carefully nurtured resources may fructify and enliven his perseverance and imprint a bearing in the academic field anew when these reach out to the inquisitive readers.

This thought evoked the Arun Choudhury Memorial Trust in taking initiative to open the doors of the 'Arun Jyoti' library to everyone. On the 2nd February, 2025 we would embark on this journey. Let us invite all friends and their children on this auspicious moment of the inauguration of the library.
